Robin Yeartie, a friend of Willis’s, asserted earlier today that she had” no doubt” that his relationship with Wade started in 2019 rather than 2021, as he stated in court papers.
Forbes dissected the specifics:
Willis and Wade first started dating immediately after an October 2019 criminal conference, when Wade was a Cobb County attorney and municipal court judge and before willis hired him to work on the Trump case, according to former Fulton County District Attorney’s office employee Robin Yeartie.
The allegations run counter to Wade and Willis ‘ assertions that their relationship started in 2022, when Wade was appointed special counsel.
In a hearing to decide whether Willis should be dismissed from the case due to conflict of interest allegations surrounding her relationship with Wade brought by Trump and his co-defendants, Yeartie made the claims while testifying before Judge Scott McAfee.
Yeartie asserted that she has” no doubt” the two were in a relationship from 2019 until at least 2022, the last time she spoke with Willis and the year she resigned from the district attorney’s office, citing her own personal observations of “affection” between them as well as the knowledge he shared with her about the relationship.

In the election fraud trial against former President Donald Trump, legitimate analyst Caroline Polisi bluntly stated on MSNBC Thursday morning that the Fani Willis who was allegedly lying under oath was “game over for her.”
Polisi, a senior FBI official and federal and white-collar defense attorney who regularly appears on CNN and MSNBC, made no attempt to hide how bad the day is for the Fulton CountyDA.
She began,” Do n’t let the legalese fool you.” ” This is fantastic. This is enormous. Fani Willis lied to the court, so if things are going in the direction we believe, the game is over for her. In order to properly kill the case, Polisi added more context to Mediaite by stating that Willis would be disqualified, properly re-assigning her entire office and having to wait with the Georgian PAC. Her credibility has been totally destroyed.

Robin Yeartie is a former Fulton County district attorney’s employee who describes herself as an old friend of Willis.
