The term” chroming” originated from the sniffing of chrome-based paint, but it now more widely refers to the inhalation of dangerous substances as recreational drugs, the hospital adds.
Inhaled: A wide range of dangerous solvents are used for domestic or professional use:

( Model glue, spray paint, permanent markers, paint thinners ) toluene

From the New York Post:
According to the Times of London, Tommie- Lee Gracie Billington was reportedly experiencing cardiac arrest at a friend’s Lancaster home on Saturday.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he passed away.
He passed away suddenly following a sleepover at a friend’s house. The boys had tried” chroming,” according to the boy’s grandmother, Tina Burns.
Tommie-Lee instantly experienced cardiac arrest and passed away right away. The hospital attempted to bring him again, but nothing failed. He had vanished.
He possessed a heart that was unmatched by his father, only like him. Our entire family is devastated,” she continued.
Teenagers film the process and outcomes of chroming by inhaling the fumes from common household items like aerosol cans, nail polish remover, paint solvents, and cleaning products to get large while doing so online.
