If not, it seems like a deliberate choice to delay the trial until after the election. I believe it would be an unjust and ill-advised choice. Preventing American voters from gaining knowledge during the trial would be a mistake, and it would also damage the reputation of the biased and reactionary court. Schiff suggested that Trump might be able to delay facing justice, as he has done numerous times in the past as a common strategy.
