GOP-Led State Senate Approves Legislation Stating The WEF, WHO & UN Have No Jurisdiction Or Power Within State

[[{“value”:”The Louisiana State Senate, which includes the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, and the United Nations, approved legislation that states Louisiana has no state-wide authority or jurisdiction over Louisiana.
Senate Bill 133 passed in a 37- 0 vote and moves to the Louisiana House of Representatives.
” The World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Louisiana. No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency, department, board, commission, social subdivision, political entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other democratic entity”, the two- page bill reads.
If signed into law, the bill would go into effect on August 1, 2024.

Louisiana’s Senate overwhelmingly passed a bill to prohibit any rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate from the WHO, UN, or WEF to be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency.
Implementing this kind of policy in EVERY state is necessary.

The Republican majority Louisiana State Senate passed legislation that declares the World Economic Forum (WEF), World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations do not have jurisdiction or powers within the state.
Senate Bill 133 was passed with a vote of 37-0 and now moves to the Louisiana House of Representatives.
“The World Health Organization shall not have any jurisdiction or power in the state of Louisiana. The bill states that “no rule, regulation or policy of the World Health Organization or United Nations or the World Economic Forum will be enforced or implemented in Louisiana by any agency, department or board of the state or any political subdivision or governmental entity, including parishes, municipalities, or other political entities.”
If the bill is signed into law, it would come into effect on August 1st 2024.

Louisiana’s Senate passed a bill unanimously to prohibit the state or any agency from enforcing or implementing any rule, regulation or policy issued by the WHO, UN or WEF.
This type of policy should be implemented in every state.
