His account has been removed from TikTok, according to NewsNation.
” I learned that there is a law that says if a house is not inhabited, therefore we can take it”, Moreno said, the outlet reports.
” Here in the United States, terrain deformation even applies, and I think that will be my second business: invade abandoned houses”, he added.

According to ICE,” FOX Moreno previously entered the country without authorization in April of this year, entered the United States in April of this year, was released on ATD ( alternatives to detention ), and was given the deadline to report to ICE within 60 days, but never did.” Moreno has since started making viral videos on TikTok, including urging other illegal aliens to squat in Americans ‘ homes. A statement about his arrest is expected later today, according to Fox News ‘ national correspondent Bill Melugin.

Moreno was deported to the United States in Eagle Pass, Texas, in April of 2022, but authorities claim he never showed up for Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s original check-in.
Moreno was placed in the Alternatives to Detention program after being immediately processed, where he received a cell phone as a tracking device.
However, Department of Homeland Security sources claimed he was listed as a preorder absconder and that he had been removed from the program because he broke the rules.
These individuals after confirmed to NewsNation that Moreno was being held in custody.
Moreno is scheduled to appear in court in Florida in February 2025, but authorities had trouble finding him. Sources claim that he now has a possible address listed in Ohio despite the fact that the address he immediately provided was for Catholic Charities in Miami.

Moreno previously stated to his audience that he intended to “invade” abandoned homes, take them over with squatters ‘ rights laws, and then sell them for a profit. He claimed that some of his American friends have claimed that they have already taken seven homes in the United States.
In the TikTok video, he said,” I have thought about invading a house in the United States.” I learned that a law allows us to seize a home if it is n’t inhabited.
He had even made fun of those who made money.
” You’re hurt because I make more than you without much work while you work like slaves, understand”? he said. ” That’s the difference between you and me. I’m always going to make lots of money without much work, and you’re constantly going to be exploited and miserable and inconsequential”.

NewsNation reports that his account has been deleted from TikTok.
The outlet reported that Moreno had learned that there was a law which states that if a home is not occupied, we can take it.

Moreno entered the country illegally on April 20, 2022, in Eagle Pass, Texas. He was paroled but authorities claim he never appeared at his initial check-in to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
When Moreno first entered the Alternatives to Detention Program, he received a cell phone to use as a tracking device.
NewsNation was told that because he did not follow the rules, he was listed by Department of Homeland Security as a preorder fugitive and was terminated.
NewsNation confirmed that Moreno is in custody from these sources.
Moreno was ordered to appear before a Florida court on February 20, 2025. However, authorities had difficulty tracking him down. He initially listed the address of Catholic Charities Miami, but according to sources, he may now have an address in Ohio.

In the TikTok clip, he said: “I’ve thought about invading an American house.” “I learned that there is a statute that states that if the house is unoccupied, we can seize the property.”

The U.S. has been experiencing a historic migrant crises at the border for the past three years, with a large number of Venezualans arriving. Venezuelans find it difficult to return to their homeland, as the socialist government will not accept them after accepting deportation flights from the U.S. in late last year.
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement data, only 834 Venezuelans have been deported during fiscal year 2023 despite over 335,000 encounters on the border.
