In light of the fact that she has been threatened with a gag order and that an appeal for alleged criminal misconduct is pending, I can only offer one mild criticism. Judge McAfee stated in this statement to The Epoch Times:
The Court is currently considering a motion to prevent the State from mentioning the case in any public forum to prevent prejudiced publicity, but that is not the motion that is being filed.
