Is this a case of reaping and sowing?
We all know how relentlessly the Democrats have been in their efforts to oust Trump from the ballots nationwide.
And then we Biden might never make it on Ohio’s ballot? Ha!
According to reports, there is” an obvious conflict in Ohio law” between the Secretary of State’s office’s request to confirm a political nominee.
Let’s hope this slip up happens in some states!

ABC News reports:
President Joe Biden may have a problem with public election ballot access in Ohio, according to the state’s secretary of state in a letter to Ohio Democratic Chair Liz Walters on Friday.
Legal counsel for Secretary of State Frank LaRose requested clarification in the letter, which was obtained by ABC News, regarding” an obvious conflict in Ohio law” between the Democratic National Committee’s asking process and the deadline by which the party’s presidential nominee must be certified to the Secretary of State’s office.
More than a week after the Ohio office’s Aug. 7 deadline, which is scheduled for the Democratic National Convention, will take place on August 19; this would pose a problem for Biden’s eligibility.
Legal counsel Paul Disantis wrote in the letter, asking for a quick response on a solution to become obedient with state law, that the Democratic National Committee must possibly move up its nominating convention or the Ohio General Assembly must act by May 9, 2024 (90 days before a new law’s powerful date ).
So the question is, who do the Democrats have lined up to take the Biden’s place?
When will that person be the star of this circus of politics?”}]] [[{“value”:”
Well, well, well.
Is it a case of reaping what you sow?
We’ve seen how the Democrats have been relentless when trying to remove Trump from ballots across the country.
Now that we Biden may not be on the ballot in Ohio? Ha!
It turns out that there is “an apparent conflict under Ohio law” between a deadline set by the Secretary of State’s office and the Democratic National Committee regarding the certification of a presidential candidate.
Let’s hope that this mistake happens in many states.

ABC News:
The Ohio Secretary of State’s Office said that there could be concerns about President Joe Biden’s access to the general election ballot in Ohio in a Friday letter to Ohio Democratic chair Liz Walters.
ABC News obtained a letter from the legal counsel of Secretary of State Frank LaRose, in which he sought clarification on “an apparent conflict” in Ohio law between the Democratic National Committee’s nomination process and the deadline for certifying the party’s presidential nominee to the Secretary’s Office.
The Democratic National Convention will convene on August 19, which is more than a month after the deadline of August 7 to certify a candidate for the Ohio presidential office, according to the state code. This would pose a problem to Biden’s qualification.
“I am left with the conclusion that either the Democratic National Committee has to move up its nominating Convention or the Ohio General Assembly has to act by May 9, 2020 (90 days before a new law is effective) to create an exemption to this statutory requirements,” wrote legal counsel Paul Disantis in the letter. He requested a quick reply on a solution for becoming compliant with the state law.
Who are the Democrats planning to replace Biden?
When will this person be the center of attention in this political circus
