From the New York Post:
Moments later, gunfire erupts and Savannah is shot downward in the crossfire.
” Stop shooting her! He’s in the car! Stop! She’s Fine! He’s in the car! … Stop”! the deputy can be heard yelling.
According to the California Public Records Act, reporters requested the release of the footage.
According to officials, San Bernadino County officers saw Graziano pull his truck over only before he fired shots at them while using a semi-automatic weapon.
Before Graziano attempted to lift the truck up an embankment, the truck was tailed for about 70 miles.
The teen can be seen getting out of the vehicle, as an officer says over the radio,” The girl’s out, the female juvie is over. She’s up on the passenger side”.
At the time of the incident, Savannah was captured on audio from a local officer as she walked out of the car.

Daily Mail reports:
Savannah was recently said to have been shot because she was carrying tactical gear and firing again, but the video now appears to show that she was unarmed.
Following a request from journalists under the California Public Records Act, the dreadful video of the shooting was made public on Monday.
Investigators issued an AMBER Alert for the teen when Tracy was killed, and they immediately responded when a civilian saw the father and daughter.
Deputies from San Bernadino County attempted to pull Anthony Graziano’s truck over merely before 11 a.m. when they were shot at by the father, who possessed a semi-automatic weapon, according to officials from the sheriff’s department.
Before Graziano attempted and failed to lift his car up an embankment, authorities followed the truck for roughly 70 miles as the father continued to fire at them. Savannah may have been firing from the car, according to what police at the time claimed.
He made a stop on the side of the road, which is about 80 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
The sheriff’s department helicopter’s recent footage shows Graziano trying to reverse on the road as he fires once more.
The 15- year- old Savannah can therefore be seen getting out of the car, as an officer says over the radio:’ The girl’s out, the female juvie is over. She’s up on the passenger side.’
She maintains a small crouch but swiftly moves in the direction of the officers when a gunshot suddenly appears and the footage obscures Graziano’s body.
Although the sheriff’s department deputies did not have body cameras, an officer near the girl’s exit recorded stereo as she walked away.
He frequently yells: ‘ Passenger, get up! Come below! Come to me! Come, come, come … walk, walk, walk.’
Again over the radio, after the 15- year- old was shot, an officer can then be heard with a withdrew’ oh, no.'”}]] [[{“value”:”

Daily Mail reports
Previously, police claimed that Savannah was shot by cops because she was wearing tactical gear and fired back. However, the footage seems to prove she was unarmed.
The video of the tragic shooting was released on Monday, after journalists requested it through the California Public Records Act.
Investigators responded quickly when a civilian saw Tracy’s father and daughter after Tracy was killed. They issued an AMBER alert for the teen.
Officials with the San Bernadino County Sheriff’s Department said that when deputies tried to pull Anthony Graziano’s truck over, they were shot at by his father who was armed with a semiautomatic gun.
Graziano failed to successfully drive his vehicle up a hill after attempting to do so. Authorities followed the truck about 70 miles as the father continued firing at them. Police claimed that Savannah could have also been firing from the truck at the time.
He stopped on the side of a road, about 80 miles away from downtown Los Angeles.
The newly released footage shows Graziano trying to reverse on the road while he fires another shot.
Savannah, 15 years old, can be seen then getting out of the vehicle, as an officer announces over the radio: “The girl’s out, female juvie is outside.” She’s on the passenger’s side.
She keeps a low-crouch, but starts moving rapidly toward the officers. Suddenly a gunshot rings and the footage blurs Graziano’s body.
The sheriff’s deputies did not wear body cameras, but audio was released by an officer who was near the girl when she was getting out.
He shouts repeatedly: “Passenger! Get out!” Come to me! Come to me! Come, come, come… walk, walk, walk.’
After the 15-year old was shot, the officer could be heard saying a resigned “oh, no.”
