Court Makes Major Decision In $45 Million Lawsuit Claiming Baby Powder Links To Cancer

A family that claimed talcum-based baby powder produced by Johnson & Johnson, along with Kevnue, were ordered to pay$ 45 million to the company on Friday after an Illinois court order, along with another company, must pay the case. In July 2020, Theresa Garcia died after being diagnosed with mesothelioma. The family of Garcia claimed in the lawsuit that she used the talcum-based baby powder every day, and that it was what led to her cancer diagnosis. Mesothelioma is a cancer that is frequently linked to asbestos exposure. The family law firm representing Garcia’s family was ready to demonstrate that the baby powder Garcia consumed” contained asbestos fibers.” The jury concluded Kenvue, the former consumer healthcare division of Johnson &amp, Johnson, was 70 % responsible for Garcia’s issues, and Johnson &amp, Johnson was found liable for 30 %. J&J and Kenvue were told to pay$ 45 million to the family of a baby powder user https ://t.co/EuU0cox2hg. An Illinois woman who claimed the companies ‘ baby powders caused her to pass away on April 21, 2024, was ordered by a court to pay$ 45 million to the family of her, according to Forbes.com. Theresa Garcia died in July 2020 after being diagnosed with mesothelioma, a cancer often connected to asbestos exposure, and her family filed a lawsuit alleging that Garcia’s repeated use of the companies ‘ talcum- based baby powder led to her diagnosis, according to a news release from legal firm Dean Omar Branham Shirley, which represented the family. According to the company’s press release, the jury found that Johnson &amp, Johnson, and another unit were in charge of the remaining 30 % of the issues that led to Garcia’s death while attorneys provided evidence throughout the case that the products” contained asbestos fibers” and experts “explained that the routine use and amount inhaled by Ms. Garcia throughout her life led to her mesothelioma,” according to the release. The company plans to appeal Friday’s ruling and expects to succeed, according to J&amp, J’s Worldwide Vice President of Litigation Erik Haas, going on to say:” The verdict in this trial is irreconcilable with the decades of independent scientific evaluations confirming talc is safe, does not contain asbestos, and does not cause cancer.” co/xemctQgqYR pic. According to a report from NJ BIZ, Johnson &amp, Johnson, and its consumer health spinoff, Kenvue, were ordered to pay$ 45 million to the family of an Illinois woman who claimed the companies ‘ talcum-based baby powder gave her a fatal cancer. A jury ruled on April 19 that Kenvue was 70 % to blame for the death of Theresa Garcia after a trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. The mother of six and grandmother died four years earlier after developing mesothelioma. According to a press release from Dean Omar Branham Shirley, Johnson &amp, Johnson Holdco Inc., a subsidiary of the New Brunswick-based medicinal and health technologies company, was found to be responsible for the remaining 30 %. That legal representative represented the woman’s family. The report is above. PLUS…. keep reading for what YOU can do right now, particularly if you have younger kids or grandkids at home! How To Keep Your Family Safe: J& J Enters$ 9 Billion Baby Cancer Settlement! This is going to make you ill, at least if you’ve always had children. and always used Baby Powder on them from J&amp, J. It was claimed in recent reports that Johnson &amp, Johnson Baby Powder caused cancer ( how nice ), and the company now proposes paying out$ 8.9 billion to disprove those claims. A settlement is not a declaration of guilt or liability, but it sure does n’t look good, we should be clear. Watch this little clip: Have you heard about the enormous J&amp, J baby powder settlement? Watch this image for more. According to the NY Times, Johnson & Johnson agreed to pay$ 8.9 billion to settle allegations that its talc products caused cancer, possible putting an end to years of legal battle at Twitter.com/umu9j4rIHB. //t…. Johnson & Johnson’s second attempt to file for bankruptcy to stop lawsuits against the company for selling baby powder that led to cancer was an expensive gamble that attracted common support and led to the demise on April 8, 2023. Why it matters: J&amp, J is the subject of tens of thousands of lawsuits brought by victims of the company’s talc-based powder. Driving the news: J&amp, J disclosed the offer Tuesday in connection with its decision to re- file its subsidiary LTL Management in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The initial Chapter 11 petition filed by LTL, the J&amp J-founded subsidiary, was rejected by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in January as a result of LTL’s attempt to liquidate its talc assets.
Details: J&amp, J stated in a statement that the$ 8.9 billion in payments to alleged victims would be paid over 25 years” to resolve all the present and future talc claims.” The company, which formerly offered$ 2 billion, said it “has secured commitments from over 60, 000 present claimants” to support the deal.
J&amp, J noted that it is not admitting wrongdoing, but that fighting the cases “would take decades and impose significant costs,” with “most claimants not receiving any compensation,” according to J&amp, J’s worldwide vice president of litigation, Erik Haas. What they’re saying: Law firms representing the victims ‘ families said their clients are backing the proposed agreement, according to a statement released by them. ” This settlement will provide expeditious, large and good compensation to claimants who cannot afford to wait any longer for a resolution”, the victims ‘ representatives said Tuesday in a statement. I feel totally ill that my parents were unaware of this. Why are these businesses in trouble? Keep reading, I have a really important announcement for you below on what YOU can do to keep you and your family and your kids healthy! But crucial! In a moment, I’ll get to the point, but Chris Greene is absolutely correct when he says that yet baby powder causes cancer in children. U do n’t think the jab does? Is it just a one-time event, Christopher Greene ( @amtvmedia ) April 5, 2023? Only an “accident” in your opinion? Sorry folks, it’s happening ALL OVER THE PLACE with these large companies. We move on to Spices from Baby Powder. Do you believe the Spice Rack is secure? Certainly unless you like eating precise rat poison! WARNING: Arsenic, Cadmium, and Lead Found In Major Brand Name Spices! For authentic, check this out: Folks, pay attention! This is a big consumer products alert…Do you love to cook with spices? Who, of course, does n’t? Spices are the, uhhhh, spice of cooking, and diversity is the spice of life! But what happens when you reach for the Onion Powder or the Oregano, and along with those you get a big dose of Arsenic? Arsenic would then be referred to as “rat poison” in a literal sense. Or a large metal called cadmium. Or Lead! You are aware of the harmful impact lead-based paint and oxidized gasoline have on people. What if the large companies had been adding it to your spices from the beginning and you had no idea? What if one of the reasons you frequently feel exhausted, slow and bored is because you’re gradually being poisoned by what you eat? I’m here to not only give you the bad news but even to offer you a solution because it’s a Red Alert situation! Keep reading and I’ll give you the solution to fix this for yourself and your family. I rarely like to leave you with just the bad news. Check this out:” The analysis found that roughly one- third of the tested products ( 40 ) had’ high enough levels of arsenic, lead, and cadmium combined … to pose a health concern for children’… and adults” .Holy crap. I’m not making this up. Over a third of the 126 different brands products tested had high levels of heavy metals, according to this report. Consumer Reports ( CR )’s ( CR ) analysis of the problem in 2021 provided more information. https ://t.co/ooFp6MuIec— Epoch Health ( @Epoch Health1 ) March 26, 2023From Popular Mechanics: In new research, Consumer Reports tested a total of 126 products from stores like Walmart and Trader Joe’s and found that 40″ had high enough levels of arsenic, lead, and cadmium combined, on average, to pose a health concern for children when regularly consumed in typical serving sizes. The offenders include spices and herbs from the adored Wauwatosa, Wisconsin-based brand Penzeys, along with big-brand names like McCormick and secret labels. There is no healthy amount of lead, particularly for children, so it’s important to keep that in mind. That’s because our bodies do n’t have a way to digest heavy metals, so they can easily accumulate in the body, physically interfering with other processes. ( Remember when Jeremy Piven of Entourage attributed a public outburst to mercury poisoning because he had been only eating sushi? According to Consumer Reports, “lead can affect brain development in children, increasing the risk of behavioral problems and lower IQ,” according to the report released next month. In adults, it can contribute to central nervous system problems, sexual problems, and hypertension, and can damage kidney and immune function. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA )’s ( officially known as “EAM 4.7 .” ) standard protocol is used to test lead in foodstuffs. Elemental Analysis Manual for Food and Related Products ( EAM ) stands for” Food and Related Products.” This resource serves as a reference, for analysts at the FDA and around the world, providing not only basic scientific information and procedures and detailed laboratory methods, but also valuable notes from analysts ‘ experiences using these methods,” the FDA explains online. An acid “digests” food before they are fed through a mass spectrometer machine that determines the chemical signatures of various elements in this testing. Which Herbs and Spices Had High Lead Levels? Consumer Reports tested a total of 126 products across 38 brands, using two or three samples for each product. With the following rating system, products were ranked from least to most concerning: no worries, concerns, concerns, average worries, and high worries. From Consumer Reports: Approximately one-third of the tested products, 40 total, had high levels of arsenic, lead, and cadmium that, when consumed often in normal serving sizes, were considered to be moderate or higher concern. Most raised concern for adults, also. All the products we tested contained levels that CR experts say are concerning for two herbs, thyme and oregano. Head levels in 31 products exceeded the maximum amount that a person should consume in a day, according to CR experts. When people think about big metals in their diet it’s likely the lead in their drinking water. However, our tests demonstrate that powdered herbs and spices can be a startling and alarming source. Also troubling: There was no single predictor for which goods had higher levels of heavy metals. For instance, brand names did n’t matter and neither did “organic” or “packed in USA” claims. Then, as I promised…. talk about solutions. I NEVER leave you with the issue at hand. You know I’ve got the solution! In fact, I started my new mission in February because of this exact reason. Simply put, the fresh goal is to assist in the development of the Parallel-Economy. Because here’s what I realized…You THINK you have a choice between all these companies listed below in the circle, but what most people do n’t realize is they’re all owned by only 11 companies. 11. Interesting number. Will perhaps be yet less than that in the future when these merge even more. It’s a ILLUSION of choices. Just as important, these six companies own all of your media, making up an ILLUSION of them. I figured I would finally need to build a Parallel- Economy from the ground up. I anticipated that would be a lot of work. So it was put on hold in my opinion. In fact, it had been there on my back- burner since about 2016. Up until all of a sudden, in January of 2023, I connected with a business I had not heard of before. but they’re ESSENTIAL. They’ve been in business for over 35 years and they’re a VERY pro- British, pro- Liberty, pro- Liberal values company! They are a Made in America, warehoused in America, and shipped from America company with an British base! In fact, they are the next privately held, family-owned, pro-American consumer goods company left in the country that is not affiliated with any of the 11 listed below. Oh, and what if I told you the products are BETTER and usually CHEAPER than what you get from those 11 companies over? Indeed, in fact. And their founder was once included in Barack Hussein Obama’s list of the” Top 10 most dangerous conservatives” in America. ( a list I one day hope to make myself! ) When I understood all of that, I knew I not longer needed to build this from the ground up by myself; I just needed to work with this amazing company to help them spread the word. How’s the part that connects to the primary point of this article, and is also the last Family-owned major consumer goods manufacturer never part of the Big- 11 that has comparable or frequently lower prices and supports American jobs and families. Non- dangerous products! No Arsenic, Cadmium, and Lead are added to those spices! Which should be the bare minimum for everyone, if we’re being honest, then, correctly? Stunning I actually have to tell you that, but I guess I do! However, it also means there is no Red Dye 40 or flouride in the toothpaste, chemicals in the cleaning products, or Deet in the mosquito repellent. What intriguing ideas, correctly? Oh, and Black Angus beef, pasture raised on hundreds of thousands of acres. Free roaming and plenty of empty space between all the cattle. Grass fed No hormones and no antibiotics. Not! Watch this: pic.twitter.com/GY1O2v4hso — DailyNoah.com (@DailyNoahNews) April 2, 2023 As I said, it’s Invite Only and the invite is completely free! I’ve assembled an entire team of patriots that will personally invite you and sign you up …. if you want to join. Americans Helping Americans. Patriots helping Patriots. The name of the program is “Patriot Switch”, and I believe it says it all. We don’t have too many strongholds. This is it. I’m in. Join me on Tuesday at 8:30pm Eastern / 7:30pm Central: JOIN TUESDAY or join me on Saturday at 12:00 noon Eastern / 11:00am Central: JOIN SATURDAY. If neither of these work for you or if you prefer a phone call, a Concierge Patriots team is helping me and they would be happy to call you: Yes, Have Someone Call Me. And don’t forget to ask about the Black Angus Beef too! Your friend, p.s. We will go in order of arrival, since everyone gets a personal response. If you’re excited, you should ask for an invite as soon as possible. Otherwise, you may be at the bottom of the list. I have a fantastic team, but they are limited in their abilities and will work on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Click here to request a free invite.
