From the New York Post:
The presently- thin ex- wife’s condition is worsening, leaving her with fears she might need “emergency intervention”.
The vile allegations against Wade come only days after he resigned as the prosecutor for the Trump election interference case in Georgia.
Trump’s co-defendants allege Wade engaged in sexual misconduct with Fulton County, Georgia district attorney Fani Willis when she hired him as a team member, and that she then reportedly misused state and federal funds for personal gain.
Wade, who divorced in January, did n’t say he could date Willis until after the fraud case was brought against him.
According to his ex-wife, Wade has refused to comply with the out-of-court divorce agreement he entered to avoid having to testify in court about his relationship with Willis.
After Nathan Wade abruptly cut off his son and daughter and told them to “get the money from your mother,” Jocelyn Wade spent the money she had on their children, the filing states.
” Nathan and Joycelyn Wade were married on June 21, 1997, and separated on Aug. 15, 2021, with Nathan filing for divorce on Nov. 2, 2021, one day after being hired by Fulton County”, FOX 5 Atlanta noted.

FOX 5 Atlanta reports:
Also, Nathan Wade is accused of discontinuing financial support for their children. He allegedly informed their daughter, who is already a student and wants to become a doctor, that he would no longer pay for her rent and living expenses. According to the filing, he told his daughter about this on the day her rent was expected. Also, Wade reneged on his commitment to finance their daughter’s MCAT expenses. Wade even advised their son, who is pursuing a professional soccer career in Europe, to ask his mother for monetary support. Despite the fact that Nathan Wade promised to pay for his son’s expenses to obtain a visa.
Joycelyn Wade claims that because she is now providing for their children, her abrupt termination of support has left her in dire financial straits. Her monthly income is less than$ 1, 000. Moreover, Nathan Wade apparently owes$ 15, 000 to Joycelyn Wade’s financial expert, with his failure to provide the owed amount exacerbating the financial strain.
On March 16, Nathan Wade canceled an interview with NBC’s” Meet the Press” on March 16, citing a “family emergency”. The show announced the change in schedule, highlighting Wade’s past- minute cancelation. What might that family emergency have been was, it is unfamiliar.”}]] [[{“value”:”

The ex-wife’s condition, which was already thin, is getting worse. She fears that she may need “emergency interventions.”
The accusations against Wade are harsh and come only weeks after he quit as the lead prosecutor in the Georgia election interference case against Trump.
Wade’s co-defendants, including Trump, accused him of having an affair with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Wilis, when she hired Wade as a member of her team. They also alleged that he misused state and federal money for personal reasons.
Wade, who was divorced by Willis in January, denied meeting him until he was assigned to the fraud case.
According to his ex, Wade has refused the divorce agreement he made out of court in order to avoid having to testify in court about his affair Willis.
The filing states that Nathan Wade abruptly cut off his son and daughter and told them “get the money from mother” after she spent all the money she had on surgery.
“Nathan Wade and Joycelyn Wad were married on June 21, 1998, and separated on August 15, 2021. Nathan filed for divorce on November 2, 2021, a day after he was hired by Fulton County,” FOX5 Atlanta noted.

Nathan Wade is also accused of ceasing to provide financial support to their children. He reportedly told their daughter, who is currently in college and aspiring to go to medical school, that she would no longer be covered for her rent and living costs. According to the filing, he told his daughter that on the day her rent was due. Wade also reneged on the promise to finance their daughter’s MCAT fees. Wade told their son, who was pursuing a soccer career in Europe as a professional, to ask his mother for financial support. Nathan Wade had promised to pay for his son’s visa fees.
Joycelyn Wade claims Nathan’s abrupt termination has left her in dire straits financially, with a month income of less than $1000, as she is now caring for their children. Nathan Wade is also reportedly owed $15,000 by Joycelyn Wade to her financial expert. His failure to pay the amount owed has exacerbated the financial strain.
Nathan Wade canceled his interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” on March 16 citing a “family emergency”. The show announced the schedule change, highlighting Wade’s last-minute cancellation. The family emergency is not known.
