Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) is continuing to push for House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) to be removed from his position after the House passed a set of foreign aid bills, one of which includes funding for Ukraine. Greene reiterated her belief that Johnson’s leadership is no longer effective. Greene stated in an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that he must resign and help us progress in an orderly manner. “If he fails to do so, he will be removed.” Greene stated that she plans to submit a “motion to vacate” against Johnson, no matter what his decision may be. Her comments, which highlight the most recent disagreement within the GOP in Congress, were made at the same time as the approval of a bipartisan $95 billion bill in the House on Saturday.
