Supreme Court to consider whether cities can ticket homeless people

The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Monday regarding a challenge to the law that allows cities to fine homeless people. This could potentially change the lives of hundreds of thousands of people without homes. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled cities could not ticket homeless people who camp in public if there was no other option.
