According to POLITICO, the Republican Party of Florida selected the state’s at-large delegates to the Republican National Convention on Wednesday night. The 18-year-old youngest son of former president Donald Trump was chosen.

Additionally, the state party selected another Trump children as delegates, including Donald Trump Jr., Tiffany Boulos, previously Trump, and her husband Michael Boulos, along with Eric Trump as its delegation chair.
Barron “is really interested in our nation’s democratic process,” according to a representative for the Trump campaign.
Donald Trump complained that Barron Trump would n’t be able to see him attend his Manhattan trial involving hush-money payments to an adult film actress, but the judge relented and allowed him to attend the ceremony scheduled for next week at Oxbridge Academy in suburban West Palm Beach. Barron Trump has n’t announced what his plans are for after graduation.
In July, the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee will host the delegates.

Eric Trump, the delegation’s chairman, joined Power, the state GOP chairman, on a phone call with party leaders Wednesday night.
The state party has mostly trailed his presidential campaign this year even before he has been fully nominated, and he has already won the state twice, including by more than 3 percentage points in his failed re-election bid for the 2020 presidential election.
This cycle, the party faced a challenging situation from Governor. Ron DeSantis is likewise running for president, but Florida party officials indicated they would support Trump despite their home state governor being in the race.
A loyalty pledge requirement that would have required GOP presidential candidates to support the future Republican nominee for governor to appear on the state’s March 19 major ballot was removed in September. Trump backed the proposal, but DeSantis ‘ campaign vehemently opposed it.
Beyond Trump family members, the Florida GOP approved many of the original president’s best supporters as Republican at- big delegates.
Others include Kimberly Guilfoyle, Donald Trump Jr.’s fiancée, Michael Boulous, Tiffany Trump’s husband, past state Attorney General Pam Bondi, a longtime Trump ally who has run pro- Trump super PACs, lifelong Trump adviser Sergio Gor, past Marvel Entertainment Chairman Ike Perlmutter, a prominent Trump donor, and a series of state- level Republican politicians who took the risk of endorsing Trump over DeSantis.”}]] [[{“value”:”
Barron Trump is expected to make his political debut at the Republican National Convention, according to reports.

The state party selected other Trump children to be delegates. Eric Trump was chosen as the delegation chair, meaning he will nominate his father. Donald Trump Jr., Tiffany Boulos (formerly Trump), and her husband Michael Boulos were also selected as at-large delegates.
A Trump campaign official stated that Barron “is very concerned about our nation’s political processes.”
Donald Trump lamented recently that he would not be able to watch Barron Trump graduate from high school due to his Manhattan trial involving hush money payments to an adult movie actress. However, the judge allowed him to attend the ceremony at Oxbridge Academy next week in suburban West Palm Beach. Barron Trump has not announced his plans for after graduation.
The delegates will be appearing at the Republican National Convention, which takes place in Milwaukee in July.
According to NBC News, Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power said: “We have a wonderful delegation of grassroots leaders and elected officials, including members of the Trump family.”
“Florida continues to have a fantastic convention team, but we are more important preparing to win Florida. And win it big,” added he.

Donald Trump has won the State twice, including by over 3 percentage points in his failed 2020 re-election campaign. The state party has lined up largely behind his presidential bid even before he is formally nominated.
This cycle, the party found itself in a tough position with Gov. Ron DeSantis is also running for the GOP nomination. But despite the presence of their own governor, Florida party officials indicated that they would support Trump.
In September, the party leaders voted to remove the loyalty pledge requirement which would have required GOP candidates to support the eventual Republican candidate to be on the 19th of March primary ballot in the state. Trump supported the proposal, but DeSantis’ campaign was openly against it.
Florida GOP approved a number of Trump supporters, including family members.
Other notables include Kimilfoyle Guilfoyle (fiancee of Donald Trump Jr.); Michael Boulous (husband of Tiffany Trump); Pam Bondi (longtime Trump advisor and pro-Trump super-PACs leader); Sergio Gor, longtime Trump adviser; Ike Perlmutter – former Marvel Entertainment Chairman, a prominent Trump contributor; and a number of Republican state politicians who chose to endorse Trump over DeSantis.
