There were no immediate reports of any injuries.
At the Capitol Hill building, a hazmat unit was present.
Around 9:40 a.m., an” all clear” had been given to the employees, according to several sources, and they were permitted to return to the site.

The wary package was cleared, the Capitol Police told NBC News. However, one of the experts who are aware of the situation claimed that the building was also under lockdown and that blood was being tested.

The Post was told by multiple sources that the “all clear” was given around 9:40 am and the workers were allowed to return to the site.
