“}]] A group of engineers in the state of Kerala, Kozhikode, turned to science fiction to keep the taps running when a severe water shortage hit the American city. Engineering student Swapnil Shrivastav received a ration of two buckets of water each day from India’s collection of small-scale devices, like everyone else in the city.
