According to the documents, the Biden White House, DOJ, and NARA actually conspired to frame President Trump with destroying classified documents.
The conspirators were unable to realize their plan, which is why they are now facing sham charges rather than a record destruction case.

NTD News found more proof of collusion between the Biden administration and NARA:
The federal archivist was the subject of a letter addressed to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding “missing Trump records” in one email from NARA’s public counsel.
In later emails, NARA and the Biden White House counsel’s office discussed how to handle these documents.
Additionally, Julie Kelly provided White House visitor logs that document discussions between Biden administration and NARA official David Ferriero.
A White House visitor log indicates that David Ferriero, an Obama-appointed national archivist involved in the “scheme against Trump,” met half with Biden’s WH counsel Dana Remus at the White House in September 2021.
Ferriero referred to J6 as the “worst day of his life” and began threatening Team Trump with a criminal investigation into the DOJ over reported “presidential records” destruction in the summer of 2021.

NARA public counsel Gary Stern sent a draft letter to AG Merrick Garland falsely claiming that Trump had destroyed political records the day before Ferriero’s meeting with Remus on September 2.

According to Fox News, NARA and HHS are facing legal action for the exact thing that the heavy state allegedly aimed at President Trump:
The America First Legal Foundation ( AFL ), a group led by former Trump aide Stephen Miller, filed a sweeping complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, alleging that the Department of Health and Human Services regularly deletes official emails and violates the Federal Records Act.
The National Archives and Records Administration ( NARA ), which is in charge of preventing the unlawful destruction of federal records, was also named a defendant by the group.”}]] [[{“value”:”

Documents show that the DOJ, NARA, and the Biden White House conspired at first to accuse President Trump of destroying classified documents.
This never happened, and the conspirators were unable to bring their plot into fruition. That’s why they are using sham charges instead of a case for records destruction.

NTD News reported that there was more evidence of collusion between NARA, the Biden administration and NARA.
In one email, the general counsel of NARA sent to the national archiver, they discussed drafting a “missing Trump documents” letter to U.S. attorney General Merrick Garland.
Emails sent later revealed that NARA and the Biden White House Counsel’s Office had coordinated the handling of the records.
Julie Kelly also provided White House visitors logs which show meetings between NARA official David Ferriero, and the Biden administration.

The day before Ferriero met with Remus on Sept. 2 at the White House NARA’s general counsel Gary Stern circulated to Merrick Garland a draft of a letter from Ferriero, in which Ferriero falsely claimed that Trump had destroyed presidential documents.

Fox News reported on the lawsuits filed against NARA and HHS for the same thing that the deep state tried to pin on Trump:
In a broad complaint filed before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by the America First Legal Foundation, the group headed up by former Trump advisor Stephen Miller, the group accused the Department of Health and Human Services of regularly deletion official emails and violating the Federal Records Act.
The group also named as a defendant the National Archives and Records Administration, which is responsible for overseeing the destruction of federal records.
