My Father’s Day request: A safer internet in honor of my lost son

In the past 25 years, no new legislation has been passed that would protect children online.

 In the last 25 years, there has n’t been any new law that would effectively protect online children. In the last more than 25 years, no fresh legislation passed that would seriously protect children online has been passed. 

In the past 25 years, no new legislation has been passed that would protect children online.
