In the past in America, Donald Trump, who had been impeached twice and was considered a criminal and vulgar person, narrowly defeated President Joe Biden in the 2024 election. Both candidates were widely reported to have the same level of flaws. The mainstream media failed to learn from past presidential elections and persisted in using a “both sides” strategy in their reporting in order to prevent any appearance of bias. President Biden was elderly. While all this was happening, Trump was accused of eighty-eight criminal charges, instigated a violent uprising, and was found responsible for sexual assault and defamation. The summer of 2024 was extremely challenging. During his rallies, Trump often spoke in unintelligible nonsense, while the rest of his time was consumed by resting and passing gas during his legal proceedings for paying hush money in New York. During an interview with Time magazine, he expressed his willingness to allow states to oversee women’s pregnancies.
