From the Associated Press:
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., claimed Friday that he’s qualified for the ballot in enough states to win the presidency as an independent candidate, but there’s a main caveat: at least 10 of the states have no certified his candidacy.
Kennedy is vying to get a spot on the ballot in states where at least 270 electoral votes, the minimum requirement for president, are required, before the June 20 deadline to be eligible for a CNN debate after this month.
Kennedy’s campaign claimed on Friday that he received 3,300 signatures in Minnesota and listed the state among 19 states with 278 political votes in which he claims to have access to the ballot. But by the campaign’s own admission, at least half of those states have not verified that his submission is true.
CNN has indicated that it wo n’t take into account the states where Kennedy has requested voter access but has n’t been confirmed. Next month, Kennedy alleges that the cable network is colluding with Democratic President Joe Biden and eventual Republican nominee Donald Trump to get him out of the debate.
Kennedy also failed to pass the debate’s requirement of at least 15 % in four trustworthy polls.”}]] [[{“value”:”

The Associated Press:
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed Friday that he was qualified to run for president as an independent candidate in enough states. However, there is a big caveat: At least 10 states haven’t certified his candidacy.
Kennedy is racing to get on the ballot of states with 270 electoral votes or more, the minimum required to become president. The deadline for qualifying for a CNN discussion later this month is June 20.
Kennedy’s campaign claimed that Kennedy submitted 3,300 signatures to Minnesota on Friday, and listed it as one of 19 states with 278 elector votes where he claims access to the ballot. According to the campaign, at least half of these states have not verified his submission.
CNN has indicated that it will not count states in which Kennedy has applied for ballot entry but has not been confirmed. Kennedy filed a Federal Election Commission Complaint last month alleging that the cable network was colluding to exclude him from a debate with Donald Trump and the presumptive Republican candidate, Joe Biden.
Kennedy has also not met the requirement of at least 15% in 4 reputable polls.
