Has Another Company With a Large Conservative Consumer Base Gone Woke? [WATCH]

After Tractor Supply Co. dropped its broad list of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” policies, Robby Starbuck announced an exposé of another company beloved by conservatives. ” It’s time to expose John Deere”, Starbuck said. ” We just had a really big win with Tractor Supply when we convinced them to abandon all of their policies. Also I regret to inform you that John Deere, another company that relies on traditional customers, has even gone woke”, he explained. Starbuck outlined John Deere’s verb policy as the opening statement. Per John Deere: We encourage employees to use their personal pronouns ( such as he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them/theirs ) in internal and external communications, including email correspondence and email signatures. Not only is this a sign of mutual respect, it’s useful for our international company. Sharing our pronouns and treating one another’s helps foster a sense of belonging for all, since gendered nouns are used differently in different cultures and people, with employees and customers on six continents. ” John Deere has been one of the most favorite brands by conventional farmers but just on CEO John May’s watch, they’ve gone woke”, Starbuck wrote. • Funding a pride event for children as young as 3 according to a list provided by Starbuck
•” Genderbread man” training
• They ask employees to list their “preferred pronouns” on all communications
• Bill Gates is listed as their largest shareholder
• John Deere celebrated their accounting and finance team taking United Way’s 21 day” United For Equity” program
• When I did” United For Equity” program it promoted Ibram Kendi, the woke children’s book” Anti-Racist Baby”,” Awake to Woke to Work”, a podcast on the concept of” Whiteness”, woke activist Robin DiAngelo, bigotry against Christians who supposedly have” Christian Privilege” and more
• The international John Deere brand has been affected by the woke policies, with some of their La policies required to be taken out of their Latin America and India branches.
• LGBTQ &amp, race based identity groups at organizational
• A full commitment to DEI policies
• 95/100 CEI score from the HRC.” John Deere even just announced layoffs in the US and that they plan to shift large amounts of production away from the US to Mexico,” Starbuck continued. According to CNN, John Deere announced that it will lay off approximately 600 workers as it shifts production to a recently constructed facility in Ramos, Mexico. Effective August 30, about 310 employees will be laid off at two Iowa-based plants in Dubuque and Davenport, as nicely as 280 from a factory in East Moline, Illinois. In total, the three factories have almost 4, 175 production and maintenance employees. The two Iowa factories produce construction and forestry equipment, while the Illinois factory focuses on producing harvesting tools like combines. The farm equipment manufacturer has made a number of production layoffs in the last year. In the wake of declining agrarian income in the United States, Deere has attempted to reposition itself as a technology company. These changes have been made because there has been a decrease in demand for the goods produced at these facilities, the company told CNN on Friday. By the end of the month, John Deere intends to lay off hundreds of employees across three Midwest factories in order to better position Deere to meet potential demand. According to the company, the layoffs are caused by a decreased demand for goods from those factories. https ://t.co/1Tid1lSD07— NewsNation ( @NewsNation ) July 8, 2024Starbuck wrote: To put it mildly, John Deere seems to have forgotten who their customers are. Being a farmer myself, I’m horrified that a previously great British brand is now turning around and ostensibly support leftist policies that are radically opposed to the values of most farmers. What’s undetermined is whether CEO John May is purposefully enforcing these rules, or if he is unaware of how negative it is and has gotten out of control. His response to this story will be pretty revealing in terms of his guilt for putting forth woke policies. This report is just the beginning. It will take weeks, perhaps months, to adequately report the news that we have available. In order to keep current with what we’ve discovered, I intend to report what we’ve broken down in order to keep current with brand policies. If they’re happy of adopting woke policies then John Deere and their CEO should be overjoyed by my reporting on their policies, positions, donations and culture. Next we’re going to be doing a profound dive on donations, interviews their executives have given, hiring practices, woke causes they’ve supported, the difficulties some farmers have faced trying to repair their products and many more. I’ve provided John Deere’s email and business customer service number at the end of this video if you believe their values do n’t coincide with yours or if you’re a customer or potential customer who wants to speak up. Be polite and keep in mind that some employees disagree with organizational policies. Be very polite if you reach over to your local dealers about your concerns because the majority of your local dealers are likely to disagree with this culture change. My goal with this reporting is always destruction. My goal is to educate consumers about the values that big corporations are adopting so they can choose what they’re ready to support. We can change the world and restore the sanity, meritocracy, and culture war neutrality that we use as our voices and wallets to support our values, or we can inspire competitors to step away and fight for our business. Millions of people spoke out against these kinds of woke policies, as I saw in my Tractor Supply stories, and in the end, Tractor Supply ended your woke policies, donations, trainings, and positions with your support. Most of us only want businesses we shop at to stop virtue-signaling about controversial social, cultural, and social issues because the customer is the king. If you want, share this video and tag your favourite accounts so they can see the news. WATCH: It’s time to expose John Deere. Traditional farmers have long admired @JohnDeere as one of their most popular brands, but late, under the leadership of CEO John May, they have fallen asleep. • Funding a pride event for children as young as 3; here are some of the things we discovered.

Starbuck said, “It’s about time we expose John Deere.” “We recently had a big win with Tractor Supply, when we got them drop all their woke policy. “I regret to inform you, that John Deere has also become woke. This is another company that relies heavily on conservative customers,” he said. Starbuck began by revealing John Deere’s pronoun policies. John Deere says: We encourage our employees to use personal pronouns in all internal and external communications. This includes email correspondence and signatures. This is not only a sign that we respect each other, but it’s also practical for our global business. Sharing pronouns with employees and customers across six continents and respecting each other’s helps to foster a feeling of belonging, as the use of gendered words varies between cultures and individuals.
