President Trump’s HUGE Supreme Court Win On Immunity Explained
You almost certainly experienced the great news break earlier today…
The Supreme Court’s long-awaited ruling regarding political immunity has finally arrived.

But… where does that leave us?
And are you a little perplexed as to what this is all about?
Allow me to explain.
First, let’s start with who won….
Did Trump win?
Yes.
No 100 %, but I’d call it an 80- 90 % win for him.
The Democrats and all the Never-Trumpers managed a great fat 0 % win.
How do I know that?
Because they’re throwing much hissy- fits like this:

Ok, so today let’s dig in to what it actually means….
What was this case all about?
Whether a President has “immunity” for his actions taken while in office.
Surprisingly, that question has always been ruled upon in the history of our nation.
However, there is a significant black letter law governing immunity in official capacities for several different positions.
And generally, the law says exactly what you might expect: when you are serving in your formal capacity and doing your job, you have immunity for those actions.
When you step outside your official role and do something that’s not “part of the job” then you do n’t have immunity.
That’s been basic black letter law for centuries, it’s just not been applied to the Presidency.
But what did the Court do today?
It’s generally exactly what I anticipated them to do: they just gave the Presidents absolute immunity when serving in their official capacity as President, but it’s not a blank check to do anything they want outside of the scope of the job.
Simple.
Logical.
Makes best sense.

Where do we then, then?
It answers one question (yes, Presidents have complete immunity ) but if you’re following along you realize all it did was create one large new question….
Which is: which President Trump’s actions were “in his official capacity as President” and which were no?
In other words, up to court we go for another long, drawn out fight…. which will almost certainly be appealed as well.
And THAT, my friends, is why this is a big win for Trump!
Because we all are aware that these circumstances are false.
They are most well known to vanish as soon as President Trump leaves office.
Between now and the election and to defame President Trump in the Court of Public Opinion, the Left is the ONE thing they are trying to do.
But today?
It’s almost certain that none of these cases will go to trial by the election today.
And that was the only goal.
Watch as they abruptly leave the election and vanish without warning.
And so President Trump wins.
