During the appearance, Biden seemed confused as regular, and at one point seemed to describe himself as a Black woman.

The gaffe- sensitive president, 81, stumbled over his words during Thursday’s interview with Philadelphia’s WURD, apparently mixing himself up with his Vice President Kamala Harris.
‘ By the way, I’m happy to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman … to serve with a black president. glad to be the first black woman to serve on the Supreme Court. There’s so much that we can do that, look … we’re the United States of America.’
Immediately, the damning clip became widely known on cultural media:

Only one day before Biden was scheduled to meet with ABC News for an interview that could determine his party’s nomination, the muddled interview was conducted.
As Fox News reported:
Following last week’s debate, Axios senior media reporter Sara Fischer, a CNN senior media analyst, argued on the network on Thursday that President Biden’s upcoming ABC interview wo n’t be enough to improve his standing with Americans.
Some in the Democrat Party are concerned about Biden’s chances of defeating former President Trump in November due to his performance in the CNN Presidential Debate. The president’s appearance and gaffes fueled a protracted national outcry about his ability to serve, which caused some of his steadfast supporters to request that he step over or provide evidence that he has the ability to do so.
Fischer argued that much more must be done if he wants to reassure voters. Biden will give a post-debate interview with ABC News ‘ George Stephanopoulos this Friday.
” So one of the things the president is trying to say is, Do n’t look at this 90 minute debate. Look at my 3.5 years,'” Fischer said. ” Well, the challenge also works on the flipside, if you do n’t want us to believe what we saw, then give us multiple examples of you being able to do a live, unscripted interview, so we can see that this was just a one- off, if that’s what you claim”.
However, this was n’t Biden’s first time engaging in what his fellow leftists frequently denigrate as cultural appropriation.

No one on Biden’s ( fake ) cabinet appears to be even remotely close to the names of Merfin or Ruthers.
The best theory anyone has come up with is that Merrick Garland was a reference to Merrick Garland, which is, in Biden’s terms, kind of close.

The interview was garbled and came just one day before Biden’s scheduled ABC News interview, which could make or break Biden’s chances of retaining his party nomination.

Biden’s performance at the CNN Presidential Debate sent some Democrats into a panic over his chances of winning the November election against former President Trump. The president’s gaffes and appearance fueled a national furor over his ability to serve. Many of his staunchest fans asked him to step down or prove that he can serve.
Fischer said that Biden would be doing an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos after the debate this Friday. But if he wanted to reassure voters, he must do more.

The closest anyone has come to is that “Merfin’ was a reference in Biden-speak to Merrick Garland.
