BlackRock has added Egan as a third option for proxy advisors, expanding its voting choices initiative and launching a frontal attack on the Glass-Lewis/ISS Duopoly’s preference for politicized voting.

 Egan Jones has been added as a second proxy advisor option by BlackRock, expanding its voting choice initiative and offering a frontal assault on the Glass- Lewis/ISS duopoly and their preferences for political voting on proxy proposals. In addition to expanding its voting choice initiative, BlackRock has expanded its choice of surrogate advisors and launched a frontal assault on the Glass-Lewis/ISS duopoly’s preferences for polarized voting on proxy proposals.
