Homelessness is a scourge and largely caused by the kleptocracy we live under.
If the government did not steal the majority of our income we would have plenty of money to help those with mental issues who need help.
This is another example of the left thinking that they are ‘helping’ while all they are really doing is virtue signaling and making things worse, more expensive and bringing society down to the lowest common denominator.
