Could you imagine for just a second if this was Matt Gaetz, accusing Hillary Clinton, when she was a Senator, of sending people to kill him … and the while thing turned out to be a huge lie?
Matt would be on his ass and out on Congress faster than you can say ‘Joe Biden is owned by the CCP’.
However, for Democrats, there is a different standard, no standard whatsoever.
AOC keeps perpetuating the lie that her life was in danger while she was in the Cannon Building, nowhere near where protesters were at on January 6th. She even fabricated what these alleged rioters said about her despite the fact that no rioters even entered the building she was in.
She then accused Sen Ted Cruz of trying to get her murdered. Now, she refuses to apologize for her lies.
That’s par for the course for the modern-day Democratic party.
AOC went so far as to say she locked herself in the bathroom to get away from rioters who were never there.
The mainstream media has never written a single word calling her out for her total fabrications. They call out Republicans for telling the truth but ignore it when a Democrat lies.
Rep Nancy Mace, whose office is two doors down from AOC confirms no rioters were ever in the Cannon Building.
House Republicans have tried to get Speaker Nancy Pelosi to force her to apologize but of course, that fell on deaf ears.
If the House kicked out every member of the Democratic party that lies, Republicans would have landslide margins in both Houses of Congress.
Lying is a resume enhancer for liberals. It’s their lifeblood.
AOC told the press that she had no intention of apologizing to Cruz.
Some say that AOC is put down because she was a bartender/waitress before her election. I don’t believe that demeans her but it does demean waitresses and bartenders by lumping them in with her.
But Ocasio-Cortez was not interested in Cruz’s remarks, and blasted the Texas Republican for what she said was an instigation of the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riots.
“I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there’s common ground, but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago so you can sit this one out,” she wrote. “Happy to work w/almost any other GOP that aren’t trying to get me killed. In the meantime if you want to help, you can resign.”
