Texas Governor Greg Abbott tweeted out a video of the Texas military forces beginning to build the border barrier to spite Dementia Joe Biden. The building of fences along the border is part of Abbott’s plans that will allow them to arrest illegal aliens and to try them according to Texas laws so that the federal government can’t interfere. Governor Abbott tweeted a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) showing Texas Military Forces work crews as they begin to put up the barrier.
Abbott says the fence is being built on private land with the landowner’s permission. It is being built on part of the unsecured border with Mexico. The idea is to keep Texas citizens safe from the illegal aliens invading our borders. The current construction is taking place along the Del Rio section, one of the worst sections along the border. The first section is just 2 1/2 miles in length.
GovAbbott said:
“The influx across the border is out of control, and the Biden Administration has shown that is not going to step up and do its job. And amidst reports of even more people coming in across the border, we know we have to step up and do more.”
“They’re seeing a lot of very bad dangerous people come across the border. People that they are afraid of encountering, people who are causing damage to their fences, their livestock, their crops, their neighborhoods, and their homes.”
“Bad things are happening around here, and so they need help from the state to help them address this exploding crisis.”
Abbott is promising mass arrests of illegal aliens who cross the border illegally. Texas is also increasing the penalties for certain crimes that allow them to keep the illegals locked up for longer periods of time.
“There’s even potential for state jail felonies for some of these crimes,” he explained. “So they can wind up in jail for a long time.”
An example of the other crimes by migrants being perpetrated on Texans living along the border occurred earlier this week in the Big Bend Sector when a group of three migrants broke into a rancher’s home and stole weapons, clothing, and other items, Breitbart Texas reported.
The burglary of the rancher’s home reportedly took place near Sierra Blanca in Hudspeth County, Texas, on June 29, according to information provided by Big Bend Sector Border Patrol officials.
