šŸ˜³ Mad Max Accidentally Admits The Tyranny That Dems Have Planned

After the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was told by the US Supreme Court that it did not have the authority to do an eviction moratorium, and after trying to find a way but in the end couldnā€™t find legal grounds to extend the moratorium on evictions that began early in the coronavirus pandemic, Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) PUBLICLY pushed the CDC to do it anyway. Why not, right?

President Joe Biden (House Plant) announced Thursday last week that he was not going to try for an extension of the moratorium, pointing out that Congress must take action instead. After all, the Supreme Courtā€™s deciding vote was Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who said since the illegal moratorium was scheduled to end in a few weeks anyway, it could be allowed to remain until July 31. However, the Justice wrote, if it were to be extended further, it would require ā€œclear and specific congressional authorization.ā€

ā€œIn my view, clear and specific congressional authorization (via new legislation) would be necessary for the CDC to extend the moratorium past July 31,ā€ Kavanaugh wrote.

I would argue that Kavanaugh should have said the moratorium should end immediately since it was illegally created in the first place. Article I of our Constitution gives the power to create laws solely to Congress. The last time I checked, an unelected federal executive branch bureaucrat is not a member of Congress.

From Me:

Rochelle WalenskyĀ was on the faculty of Harvard Medical School since 2001. She wasnā€™t elected to anything. Then, about six months ago, she became the most powerful person on the planet when PresidentĀ Joe BidenĀ appointed her to run theĀ CDC. She is a criminal in my view. A criminal is someone who knowingly breaks the law, and Walensky is doing just that. The United States Supreme Court recently ruled that the CDC does not have the authority to impose rent moratoriums and yet she recently defied the High Court andĀ reimposed one. This means that Americans who own property they are renting out are not allowed to collect rent from the people who live or work on their properties. Rochelle Walensky made no such moratorium on the banks who collected payments for the mortgages of those properties and thatā€™s because the big banks are all big donors to theĀ Democratic Party, so they are getting their moneyā€™s worth. Walensky is ruining the lives of not just property owners but of millions of Americans with the advice sheā€™s given so far. Of course, to give cover, the mainstream media, a worthless industry if you ask me, is intentionally softening up Walenskyā€™s totalitarianism by calling it a ā€œmore targeted versionā€ and an eviction ban, as if that makes it less criminal.

Low IQ Maxine, who tried to pass a bill and failed, voiced skepticism that the CDC was not allowed to extend the moratorium as they had done in the past. I guess the Constitution and the system of law doesnā€™t mean anything to Waters. As if it ever head did.

The dopey congressman from California took to social media to display her inner fascist tyrant.

ā€œI donā€™t buy that the CDC canā€™t extend the eviction moratorium ā€“ something it has already done in the past!ā€ Waters tweeted. ā€œWho is going to stop them? Who is going to penalize them? There is no official ruling saying that they cannot extend this moratorium. Cā€™mon CDC ā€“ have a heart! Just do it!ā€

To that, I would respond, Cā€™mon Maxine ā€“ have a brain! Just shut up!

Despite Watersā€™ sheer ignorance of how things work, in the real world, there was an official court ruling back in May when US District Judge Dabney Friedrich said that the CDC acted outside of the scope of its authority when it originally issued the moratorium. They didnā€™t have the power by law to do it but they did it anyway.

Folks, one thing we need to understand is the people in the Biden administration absolutely, 100 percent, without a single doubt knew that they did not have the power to do an eviction moratorium and that they were breaking the law when they did it. And Waters spilled the beans when she arrogantly said who is going to stop them? When everyone in power is corrupt, then there is no one who follows the law that can stop them. Thatā€™s where we are today.

This is a very disturbing turn of events. We have an administration setting a precedent that the Executive branch no longer has to abide by the law so long as their illegal actions are ā€˜for the good of those who vote for them.ā€ But an even more disturbing trend is that no one in Congress is stepping up and shouting from the rooftops that what Rochelle Walensky did was a clear violation of the Separation of Powers and no one is being held accountable. In fact, with dingbat Maxineā€™s attitude, I fear the worst is going to happen. I fear the administration, that controls the military, federal law enforcement, and all the guns, is going to run roughshod from now on. You the reader need to call your representatives and tell them that no one elected Rochelle Walensky to office, and that the Constitution says that only Congress can create laws, and if the Congress does not want to create an eviction moratorium law then so be it. The Executive branch does not have the authority to create a law for eviction moratorium any more than a past administration had to create DACA.
