Supreme Court Hands Conservatives Yet Another HUGE Win!

Supreme Court Hands Texas a HUGE WIN by Ignoring Request from Liberals

A recent decision made by the Supreme Court is one of the best I’ve seen out of this set of justices.

The thing is, it wasn’t even a decision that they actually made on a case. Instead, they made a decision to ignore the liberal crybabies fighting to stop a bill in Texas.

In my opinion, this may be even better than just deciding with Texas on the bill because it’s a bit of a slap in the face to those who were trying to stop it.

I think part of the reason why they didn’t do anything with the request is because it’s not a case that should go to the Supreme Court. It’s already decided in Texas and it’s constitutional.

A new heartbeat law has gone into effect and this bill will save the lives of an untold number of babies.

It’s sad that I even have to say that. It should be common sense to protect the lives of the unborn, but they are preyed upon by mostly liberals and sacrificed in such a way that would make Molech cringe.

This new bill will effectively outlaw abortions in Texas after 6 weeks, which is practically all cases because you often don’t know you’re pregnant until after that time period.

Not only that, but it will give any citizen in the state the right to take legal action against anyone who “aids and abets” the termination of a baby’s life in the womb after that 6-week mark.

‘The Texas Heartbeat Act is novel in approach, allowing for citizens to hold abortionists accountable through private lawsuits. No heartbeat law passed by another state has taken this strategy. Additionally, the bill does not punish women who obtain abortions,’ said Rebecca Parma, Texas Right to Life senior legislative associate.

Critics say that provision would allow abortion opponents to flood the courts with lawsuits to harass doctors, patients, nurses, domestic violence counselors, a friend who drove a woman to a clinic, or even a parent who paid for a procedure.

And they argue that it would violate state constitutional requirements that civil lawsuits can be filed only by impacted parties. Under the bill, a person filing the lawsuit would not need any personal connection to the abortion in question.

The bill has been opposed by medical groups.

‘Texas has now joined the new wave of extreme abortion bans passed this year across the U.S.,’ said Nancy Northup, president and chief executive officer of the Center for Reproductive Rights. ‘This bill essentially opens the floodgates to allow anyone who is hostile to abortion to sue doctors and clinics, consuming their resources and forcing them to shut down. We will pursue all legal options to prevent this law from taking effect.’

What would they classify as a bill that wouldn’t be extreme, I wonder? There isn’t one. But we don’t care what they think. We care about the lives of every human being, not just the convenient ones.

Finally, the Supreme Court delivered a big win for us, too bad they did it by staying silent about it. But maybe it was the best move so the Biden regime doesn’t try packing the court.
