Judicial Watch has done it again. They won a victory when the Delaware Supreme Court ordered the release of Joe Biden’s documents for his time in the Senate and as vice president.
It has been believed that those records could show an accusation of sexual harassment and possibly some material on Hunter’s business deals.
The University of Delaware has refused to release any of the records until 2 years after Biden retires.
An email from a school spokeswoman said:
“The collection of former Vice President Biden’s senatorial papers is still being processed, with many items yet to be cataloged. The entire collection will remain closed to the public until two years after Mr. Biden retires from public life.”
Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation first filed an FOIA lawsuit in 2000, requesting the information, all 1,850 boxes of it.
Joe Biden has fought to keep the records away from scrutiny, possibly because it contains the records of a sexual harassment complaint by Tara Reade.
Biden has been known to act creepy towards women and small children. Reade has been calling for the release of the records to prove she is telling the truth.
Judicial Watch reported:
Judicial Watch announced that the Delaware Supreme Court ruled yesterday that the University of Delaware must provide more information justifying its decision to keep secret its deal to house and restrict access to the U.S. Senate records of President Joe Biden. The Delaware Supreme Court reversed the Delaware Superior Court and found that the University of Delaware had not carried its burden justifying its refusal to produce records. The case returns to the Delaware Superior Court for further proceedings.
In yesterday’s opinion, Delaware Supreme Court ruled that the state’s open records law requires the University must provide additional information, under oath, to justify its refusal to produce records about its dealings with Biden.
