HUGE News From Trump Vs. Clinton Lawsuit … The Compromised Judge Is GONE!

There is some good news about the epic case that President Donald J. Trump filed recently against numerous players in the Dasatdily Russiagate Hoax that significantly damaged Trump’s first term as POUTS- that is: Judge Ryon McCabe in Trump vs. Clinton Case Recuses Himself.

Fox News Metro reported on Wednesday:

McCabe is an appointee of former President Bill Clinton and has an apparent conflict of interest. McCabe was appointed after the first judge recused herself.

Magistrate Judge Shaniek M. Maynard also recused herself on March 25th, and the case got reassigned to Judge Ryon McCabe at that time.

On Tuesday, Trump’s lawyers requested that the Clinton-appointed judge overseeing his Russiagate case against Hillary Clinton and others be removed from the case due to obvious conflicts of interest.

President Trump recently sued a number of high-level individuals and former officials for their actions related to the Russiagate hoax and attempted coup of his administration.

The lawsuit was described by media reports as a sweeping RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging that they “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that [Trump] was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty [Russia]” to try and rig the 2016 election.

“The Defendants, blinded by political ambition, orchestrated a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Election in favor of Hillary Clinton,” Trump’s lawyers say in the 108-page lawsuit filed in Florida. “When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration.”

The lawsuit, which contains debunked claims, seeks a jury trial and compensatory damages. It says Trump, as a result of defendants’ actions, has sustained losses of at least $24 million “and continuing to accrue, as well as the loss of existing and future business opportunities.”

The lawsuit comes nearly three years after the Mueller report into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

President Trump urged the courts to replace the Clinton judge with someone who is not biased in the case.

According to court documents, the case has been reassigned to Bruce Reinhart an U.S. magistrate.

According to local Palm Beach news from 2018, at the time of his appointment:

Reinhart, who replaced retiring Magistrate James Hopkins, will begin work at the federal courthouse in West Palm Beach, said Steven Larimore, federal court administrator.

News of his appointment comes two days after his Reinhart’s wife, Assistant U.S. Attorney Carolyn Bell, was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Palm Beach County circuit bench.

“It’s been a good week in our house,” said Reinhart, a former federal prosecutor. He recently represented former Boynton Beach police officer Michael Brown. The veteran cop last month was sentenced to six months house arrest and three years of probation after being convicted of a civil rights violation in connection with the 2014 beating of a passenger in a car that fled police.

Reinhart was selected from 64 who applied for the post that assists federal judges. Of those who applied, 15 were interviewed by the federal judges, Larimore wrote.
