Anne Hathaway: “Abortion” Is Another Word for “Mercy”

Progressive activists who believe abortion is a fundamental right for women have called it many things. Actress Anne Hathaway believes this horrible procedure is not only good, but also merciful.

Joy Behar, a star of “Les Miserables,” and “Ocean’s 8,” said that abortion was actually a kind act for young women. To support her stance, she also relied upon the plot of her movie “The Devil Wears Prada”, which was as illogical as it was confusing.

“We are in the fight every minute. You also mentioned that “The Devil Wears Prada” turning sweet 16. Hathaway stated that Roe v. Wade has irrevocably changed the lives of some 16-year-olds. “And I played a young lady who was just starting her career. Your reproductive destiny is very important when you’re a young woman just starting your career. It just happened. I think about it constantly. It is important to understand the implications and what it means for us to live in a country like this.

To protect the career prospects and “reproductive destiny” of young women, we must allow them to kill their babies whenever and wherever they choose. We also need to not hold them responsible for poor sex decisions. That’s it!

She didn’t stop there. She believes that the words “abortion”, “mercy” and “mercy are synonymous.

“My personal experience with abortion is that abortion can be another word to describe mercy. We don’t know. Hathaway said, “We don’t know.” “We know that no pregnancies are the same, so it is clear that no two lives will be alike. It follows that no two conceptions will be the same. How can we have a law? How can we have a view that insists on treating everything the same? My point of view is that if you allow for choice, flexibility is what you need to be human.

“Flexibility” does not justify the murder of babies. It is frustrating that Hathaway sees babies as incontinences that can be discarded without remorse. The whole notion of pregnancies being different from conceptions is absurd and shallow. Even though each pregnancy is unique, that does not mean that you should allow the child’s death to happen.

The Bible calls people who call evil things “good” in the Bible. If I were Hathaway or anyone else on The View, I’d seriously consider changing my stance on abortion.
