ProPublica, a George Soros-funded publication, is criticizing the Biden administration for allegedly giving in to Republicans in the so called “disinformation” fight. There are just days before the midterms.
ProPublica adopted Ministry of Truth-like tactics and called the failure of Disinformation Governance Board (DGB), dangerous for “election workers”, and the result of “accusations by Republicans and right-wing influencesrs.”
ProPublica published its Nov. 1 preachy article, “How the Biden Administration Caught to Republicans on Fighting Election Disinformation”, just one week before the election.
ProPublica received $1.450,008 from Soros between 2016-2019, in another example of a Soros funded organization pushing censorship for election “disinformation” prior to the midterms.
The MRC has revealed the identities of dozens pro-censorship groups that are trying to influence the 2022 midterm elections. They account for almost $50 million in Soros funding.
ProPublica reported that the Department of Homeland Security had retracted from a comprehensive effort “to address disinformation to aid election workers” despite a White House promise to counter dangerous conspiracy theories.
According to Sen. Marsha BLACKBURN (Republican from Tennessee), the so-called “comprehensive attempt to address disinformation” was nothing but a state-sanctioned effort to censor information. Fox News Digital obtained a letter from Blackburn in which she criticized the DGB (part DHS) for “dangerously close” to suggesting that publicly disagreeing is akin domestic terrorism.
Even Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO), criticized the DGB for coordinating Big Tech companies such as Twitter to target the “American people”.
ProPublica’s “democracy activists” twisted the dystopian efforts by the DHS to censor everyday Americans. Instead, the leftist outlet portrayed the defunct DGB in a negative light, blaming Republicans and “right-wing media” figures such as Jack Posobiec. ProPublica continued to point fingers at these groups, dismissing their well-founded allegations that the board was trying “stifle dissidentism.”
But were those “Republicans” and right-wing media figures not actually protecting democracy by speaking out against ProPublica’s information-control efforts of the Biden administration?
ProPublica’s government propaganda was exposed by a recent expose. It is complete doublespeak. The Biden administration apparently created a backdoor to revive work that the DGB had started. According to an Oct. 31 blockbuster report by The Intercept, DHS “is quietly expanding its efforts to curb speech that it considers dangerous,”
DHS is now focusing its attention on Americans spreading misinformation, deinformation or malinformation about “the origins and efficacy COVID-19 vaccines, race justice, U.S. withdrawals from Afghanistan and the nature U.S. support for Ukraine.” The Intercept reports.
The MRC exposed DGB as a Soros-tied and Orwellian group within U.S. government in May. This helped bring about its downfall despite Big Media whining about “disinformation” threats.
