Bloomberg News gives John Kerry a platform to declare ‘War’ on Climate Change during the Midterms Wind Down

John Kerry, the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate Change, gloated at the Republicans winning seats in the House. He told Bloomberg News that even a House reshuffle would not stop the left imposing devastating climate change policies.

John Micklethwait, Bloomberg News Editor-in Chief, asked Kerry if “climate will die if the Republicans win” and Kerry replied “no.” Micklethwait then retorted that “it’s not in good condition.”

Kerry and Micklethwait spoke Wednesday at the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP27, Sharm-el-Sheikh (Egypt),

Kerry maintained that “things look very difficult” for climate long-term “because we aren’t moving fast enough.” However, he said that climate change activism and funding will not stop as he intensified his “war” against the “climate crisis.”

Kerry stated that the EPA has told Kerry that renewables must be deployed six times faster than they are currently. “We are not equipped for that,” Kerry said. We must declare war on climate crisis, coordinate like we were in war, and get countries together to support supply chains. Just begin to behave in a way that is fair to the fact that this problem is existential.”

Kerry also exaggerated data regarding global heat deaths.

He said, “We have ten millions of people who die each year because of the extreme heat right now.” “That’s an increase of about fifty percent.”

Climate expert Dr. Bjorn Lombborg refuted these claims in an Op-Ed published by The Wall Street Journal on Nov. 4. Lomborg criticized The Lancet, a top science journal, for claiming that “health [was] at… the mercy of fossil fuels” during an absurd Oct. 25 research. He explained that The Lancet had cherry-picked data and focused on heat deaths in an “amateur statistical fallacy”, even though cold is more common than heat.

Kerry doubled down on his anti energy climate agenda, arguing the Americans are already suffering from climate change’s apocalyptic effects.

“You have a huge dustbowl in Oklahoma, wind challenges, and the Colorado River, Lake Mead, Lake Powell at levels they haven’t been since the 1930s when they were assembled. “And a great deal drought, fires out-of-control in different parts of the nation, floods in other areas of the country.

Kerry continued to fear-monger: “That’s the future folks.”

He claimed that the planet is warming at an annual rate of 1.1 degrees per year and is on track for a 3-degree annual increase, which is “Obviously, that’s disastrous.”

“I believe there has been a shift in the country since the US midterm elections and the Republican response to the climate agenda,” @JohnKerry said.
