The war on the second amendment has been intensified after more by the federal government and the Biden administration. Some credit card companies started tracking firearm purchases made by their customers this year and last year after a pressure campaign by left-wing, anti-gun activists, which drew harsh criticism from gun owners and 2nd Amendment rights activists.
Then, national agents broke into a gun store in Montana and stole the customer information listed on their 4473 forms.
Federal agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Occupational Safety & amp, Health Administration, Department of Homeland Security, State of Montana, and Internal Revenue Service have repeatedly harassed Tom Van Hoose, the owner of a gun store.
Van Hoose hypothesized that federal agents have been pursuing him as a result of the” types of weapons” he sells that have received unfavorable press coverage, which probably refers to semi-automatic rifles like AR-15’s.

He claims that despite being harassed by federal agents on a regular basis, he goes to great lengths to follow federal laws and regulations and even gets along well with the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms ( ATF ) Bureau.
In the past two years, the IRS has received a lot of unfavorable scrutiny as it has sought out 87, 000 more agents, many of whom are armed, giving the impression that they will face harsh tax audits.

Wonderful FALLS- According to the owner of a gun shop in Great Falls, federal agents targeted him on Wednesday. He even asserts that he has been in the government’s crosshairs for a number of years now.
The owner of Highwood Creek Outfitters, Tom Van Hoose, stated that” I came in and they pulled in behind me with 20 strongly armed agents.”
According to Van Hoose, state and federal agencies have been keeping an eye on his Highwood Creek Outfitters gun shop for the past two years, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Occupational Safety & amp, Health Administration, Department of Homeland Security, the State of Montana, and now the Internal Revenue Service.
Van Hoose claims that all he was informed of was the reporting of his business. He is unaware of who did it or the reason. He perceives it as being social and believes it to be part of a larger pattern.
