Target received a letter from Indiana’s Attorney General Todd Rokita on Wednesday warning it may face upcoming legal repercussions following its June LGBTQ + demonstrations.
Brian Cornell, the CEO of Target, was informed in the letter that Target may have violated the child protection and parental rights laws of Indiana and different states. It says in the letter:
Greetings, Mr. Cornell
As Attorneys General committed to enforcing the child protection laws in our States,
Maternal rights laws and the financial interests of our States as Target shareholders, we
are worried about subsequent incidents involving the business’s” Pride” campaign. Our worries include the company’s promotion and sale of potentially dangerous products to children, relevant potential interference with parental authority in matters of sex and gender identity, and possible directors’ and officers’ violations of professional duties.

and forbid children’s gender transitions.
The company was warned that it had materially harmed its stockholders in addition to confronting the company about its possible harm to children in using its displays to advocate sex and gender identity. As customers retreated from the store’s pride line and satanically influenced goods, target shares’ value substantially decreased.
Social media influencer DC Draino posted a cordial reminder that Target was selling Abprallen-made transgender children’s clothing. ” Satan respects pronouns” was added by the designer to their clothing.

Additionally, Abprallen’s products encourage visual violence against people who disagree with their sexual messages. The savage guillotine in the design below suggests that those who are deemed” bigoted” should have their heads severed.
The reprimand was signed by the attorney generals of Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, and South Carolina, but they have not already stated their plans for responding to Target’s displays. Their letter even mentioned Target’s collaboration with a group that encourages kids to transition without their parents’ knowledge or consent.
The letter addresses the worry that Target is funding a business that violates the law by violating children’s rights:
Target offers financial assistance to the” Pride” campaign in connection with it.
a company called GLSEN ( pronounced” glisten”). By promoting” secret gender transitions for kids” and ordering public schools to withhold any information that might reveal a student’s gender identity to others, including [ to ] parents or guardians, GLSEN provides resources to activists with the goal of undermining parents’ constitutional and statutory rights.
According to the letter, the business has a monetary obligation to manage it wisely and in the shareholders’ best interests. It points out that the business is breaking the law when it” dilutions” their professional responsibilities to appease the Board’s ( or left-wing activists’) desire to impose divisive social or political agendas on families and children at the expense of their hard-won good will and against their best interests.
Thankfully, a few morally aware Attorney Generals aren’t going to watch as businesses use their platforms to sexualize kids.
Todd Rokita of Indiana, along with six Attorneys General, sent a letter to Target on Wednesday indicating that the retail giant could face legal consequences in the future following its June LGBTQ+ display.
The letter was sent to Target’s CEO Brian Cornell, informing him that Target could have violated Indiana and other state laws on child protection and parental right. The letter is written as follows:
Dear Mr. Cornell:
As Attorneys General, we are committed to protecting children in our states.
Target shareholders and the economic interests of our States as Target shareholders.
Recent events surrounding the “Pride” campaign of the company have us concerned. Our concerns include the company’s promotion of potentially harmful products and the sale of those products to minors. We are also concerned about the potential interference of parental authority on matters of sex or gender identity.

The company was warned not only that its displays could harm children, but also that they were damaging its stockholders’ finances. Target shares fell in value significantly as consumers reacted against the store’s pride product line and satanic-influenced goods.
Social media influencer DC Draino reminded Target that it sold transgender children’s merchandise made Abprallen. The designer added the phrase “Satan respects Pronouns” on their clothing.

Abprallen’s merchandise promotes graphic violence towards those who disagree with their sexual messages. The design below shows a barbaric, guillotine-style guillotine that implies those who are “homophobic” need to have their heads chopped off.
Attorneys General from Arkansas, Idaho and Kentucky, as well as Mississippi, Missouri and South Carolina, have all signed the reprimand, but they have not yet stated what action they plan to take in response to Target’s displays. The letter also addressed Target’s partnership with a group that promotes children undergoing a transition without parental consent or awareness.
The letter expresses concern that Target sponsors an organization that violates law by undermining parental right.
Target has provided financial support in connection with its “Pride Campaign”
An organization called GLSEN is a good example. GLSEN provides resources to activists to undermine parents’ constitutional and statutory right by supporting “secret transitions for children” and directing schools to withhold information that could reveal a student’s gender identity.
The letter states that the company has an obligation to manage the company prudently in the best interests of its shareholders. It states that the company is breaking the law when they “dilute (their) fiduciary duty to satisfy the Board’s (or leftist activists’) desire to foist controversial social or political agendas on families and children, at the expense and against their best interests.”
Fortunately, there are a few Attorney Generals who are morally aware and refuse to let companies sexualize children using their platforms.
