Sullivan says US retaliatory strikes in Middle East ‘not the end of it’

White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan confirmed on Sunday that the United States “intends” to launch more strikes and actions against Iranian-backed group following its two strikes over the weekend. The U.S. began its first round airstrikes against Iranian-backed groups last Friday in Syria and Iraq.

 Following its two rounds of strikes over the weekend in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan confirmed on Sunday that the United States “intends” to launch further strikes and action against Iranian-backed groups.
