Police claim that a Clearwater man consciously burned outs in his truck through an LGBTQ Pride crosswalk in South Florida, leading to his arrest.
Dylan Brewer, 19, of Clearwater, was detained and charged with reckless driving and felony criminal mischief over$ 1,000, according to the Delray Beach Police Department.
Witnesses claim to have witnessed Brewer performing several burnouts with his vehicle over the Gay pride crosswalk in Delray Beach on the evening of Sunday, February 4.
According to police, they investigated the case for more than a week after receiving numerous reports from concerned onlookers who claimed to have witnessed Brewer’s “destructive acts.”

According to a notice posted on the city’s major website, Dylan Brewer of Clearwater reported himself to the Delray Beach Police Department. On the evening of February 4, at the rainbow-striped crosswalk between Northeast First Street and Northeast Second Avenue, he is accused of repeatedly burning out his car.
According to the city’s statement, some witnesses provided cellphone videos of the events. After giving up, Brewer remained silent and was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.

A Clearwater man has been arrested after police claim he deliberately burned out his truck in a LGBTQ Pride crosswalk on South Florida.
According to the Delray Beach Police Department Dylan Brewer, 19 of Clearwater was arrested and charged for felony criminal mischief exceeding $1,000 and reckless driving.
Witnesses say that on the night of February 4, Brewer did multiple burnouts in his vehicle at the intersection of NE 1st Street & NE 2nd Avenue, Delray Beach.
The police said that law enforcement worked on the case for more than a week after receiving multiple reports of citizens who witnessed Brewer committing ‘destructive actions’.
