Americans have been forced to watch as their President has suffered from severe cognitive decline for far to much. Morrisey wrote in the letter,” Over the past several months only, President Biden has mixed up world leaders and political figures, strained to address fundamental issues in public speeches, and wandered out of events in a confused state.

He wrote,” I am writing to implore you to invoke your powers under Section 4 of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment and declare that President Biden is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.

In the last few months, President Biden has confused world leaders and politicians, struggled to address basic issues during public speeches, and wandered away from events in a state of disorientation,” Morrisey wrote.
