Search and rescue efforts ongoing after Maryland bridge collapse: What to know

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, a Democrat, declared a state-of-emergency after a cargo vessel hit a Baltimore bridge early Tuesday morning and caused it to partially collapse. Multiple vehicles also fell in the water, causing a search-and-rescue operation for multiple people. Two people have so far been rescued, with one in critical condition.
