Opinion| Mark Sidney| The current, radical leftist Democrat Mayor of the District of Criminals, or as you may know it, Washington D.C. has found herself in the middle of legal action.
You may recall hearing about the gigantic Street ‘art’ that she commissioned, which reads ‘Black Lives Matter’, which is painted is bright yellow paint, and stretches several bocks of the city.
Personally, I have no issue with saying ‘Black Lives Matter’, just ask I have no issue with saying “Blue Lives Matter’, ‘Yellow Lives Matter’, ‘Democrat Lives Matter’, ‘Unborn Black Lives Matter’ or even, ‘White Lives Matter’ because … wait for it … ‘All Lives Matter.’
The fact that this is controversial should be all you need to know when it comes to which side of history one is on.
The man who brought the suit, a self proclaimed ‘street preacher’ has brought the suit, claiming, among other things, that the mura is racist.

‘Last week, Bowser instructed the city’s Department of Public Works to paint “Black Lives Matter” in huge letters that spanned two blocks. The mural on 16th Street that leads directly to the White House is so enormous that it can be seen from space. The mural was painted right before a planned George Floyd protest.

Bowser also renamed a section of the street to “Black Lives Matter Plaza.”
“We want to call attention today to making sure our nation is more fair and more just and that black lives and that black humanity matter in our nation,” Bowser said.
On Wednesday, a lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the Democratic mayor for the massive mural.
The lawsuit was brought on by Rich Penkoski, a self-proclaimed street preacher and member of Warriors for Christ, along with Chris Sevier, a former judge advocate general, and Tex Christopher, a D.C. lobbyist. The lawsuit alleges that Bowser’s mural violated the First Amendment and 14th Amendment, as reported in The Washington Times.
The lawsuit claims that the mural displayed preference to the “Black Lives Matter cult orthodoxy.” The suit stated that the mural is “a legal weapon against non-observers of the Black Lives Matter religion,” according to the Daily Mail.
“The Black Lives Matter banner conveys that black people are the favored race of the city of D.C., which is of course a racist contention floated by a racist Democrat who persistently refuses to think logically,” the 51-page complaint reads.
The plaintiffs suggested replacing “Black Lives Matter” with three banners that read: “Blue Lives Matter” for law enforcement, “Green Lives Matter” for the National Guard, and “All Lives Matter.”
