Kennedy said that Trump’s campaign team first approached him in January about becoming vice president. Kennedy told News Nation that “people from the team have reached me.”

The Post has learned that Make America Great Again Inc. launched a website on Monday, calling the scion America’s most famous family of politicians “Radical f–ing Kennedy.”
The New York Post reported that in January, the team of the former president made efforts to recruit Kennedy as a running partner. The New York Times reported that Trump floated the idea last week of Kennedy joining the ticket. However, it was not considered to be a serious proposal.
