Abortion is pushing prosecutors, legislators and US democracy to the brink

The idea that elected prosecutors are there to serve the voters they were elected by is becoming quaint.

 The notion that elected prosecutors are supposed to serve the electorate seems all too familiar. The notion that elected prosecutors are elected by the electorate is starting to seem completely uncool.
