Mo. Sen Josh Hawley has asked the DOJ to investigate Soros funded St Louis DA for violating the civil rights of the McCloskey family.
The McCloskeys defended their home with legal firearms after hundreds of BLM members broke down the gate to their community, threatened residents and painted graffiti along the way.
ST Louis DA Kim Gardner has sent the police with search warrants to their house twice now and during one visit, they confiscated a legally owned firearm.
If Gardner won’t enforce the law and continually refuse to accept felony cases including child sex and drug dealers and who dropped all charges against the rioters, then citizens must have the right to defend themselves.
Gardner is just one of several radicalized DAs who were able to get elected with a large transfusion of cash from George Soros, known to finance riots as well. So, first he finances the riots and then his bought and paid for DAs drop all charges brought against them. Great deal if you are a rioter, but not so good if you are a victim.
This morning I have asked the Department of Justice to open a civil rights investigation into the St Louis Circuit Attorneys Office. Targeting law abiding citizens who exercise constitutionally protected rights for investigation & prosecution is an abuse of power https://t.co/lg9GbisWgd

FOX 2 Now reported:
Senator Josh Hawley is calling for a federal civil rights investigation into St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner after claiming she is “targeting the McCloskey family for using firearms to defend themselves and their property against a mob of protesters”.
Hawley sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr Thursday morning accusing Gardner of abusing her power in handling the investigation.
“This is an unacceptable abuse of power and threat to the Second Amendment, and I urge you to consider a federal civil rights investigation into the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office to determine whether this investigation and impending prosecution violates this family’s constitutional rights,” Hawley wrote.
Sen Hawley sent his letter to AG Bill Barr and accused Gardner of targeting the couple and violating their constitutional rights. Barr has not yet said if he plans to investigate, but he should.
