A group of Republican secretaries of state requested the Supreme Court to review a case challenging a recent order, while a House committee with a Republican majority issued subpoenas to agency directors. Despite opposition from conservatives, there is no evidence that the order is biased towards one political party over another. Robyn Patterson, a spokesperson for the White House, stated that the administration remains committed to safeguarding the voting rights of all eligible citizens, regardless of their political beliefs.
