Former Vice President Joe Biden is a shell of his former self and he continues to show that he is merely a puppet for his Democrat handlers.
A photo has emerged on Twitter that show the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee reading from a script as he calls Sen. Kamala Harris to ask her to be his running mate.
“I have the great honor to announce that I’ve picked Kamala Harris – a fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants – as my running mate,” he said in the tweet.
But, as he held his iPhone, upside down and spoke to Harris and, in the photos shared of the call, some words on the script are visible.
The three phrases written on the script that are visible are “chose you,“ “three reasons” and “I think you are entitled to know why…”
He was roundly mocked by conservatives, including Foix News personality Jeanine Pirro and The Trump War Room, for it.

This is humiliating for a man who wants to be the leader of the free world and terrifying for the citizens of the United States of this man somehow wins.
He does not appear to be mentally capable of having a conversation with someone he has supposedly selected to be vice president/
How are we supposed to trust this man to negotiate with leaders of other nations if he needs talking points to chat with his running mate?
