Video shows a police officer, reportedly Tyler Buchanan, exiting the patrol car and calling out to the dog while a child’s cries can be heard in the background. The dog is shown biting Dunlap multiple times as he tries to escape, with his hands raised in a grassy area. Buchanan comes closer and yells, “Hand them over,” while simultaneously pulling Dunlap down onto the ground with a firm grip on his arm, all the while the dog persistently assaulting him. “Why did you instruct the dog to sink its teeth into me?” “Dunlap asks the officer twice while lying face-down, still being bitten. An advertisement appears.” “Hand me your hand, my friend,” is what Buchanan allegedly spoke to Dunlap. Buchanan places handcuffs on Dunlap while he persistently cries out in agony.
